Mike and I went apple picking on Sunday, and I made an apple pie Sunday night. This was my first attempt at a lattice-style crust. I'm pretty proud of it, considering that I decided to wing it last minute. It was delicious, and I'll probably make another in the next day or two, since that one was finished last night. :)
